Job Description:


·        Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:

·        Mailing

·        Supplies/Equipment

·        Bills

·        Maintenance

·        Schedule meetings and appointments

·        Organize the office layout and order supplies and equipment

·        Collaborate with Principal to plan, update and maintain office policies as necessary

·        Organize office operations and procedures

·        Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

·        Provide support to visitors, Families

·        Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (attendance, report cards, supplies, payroll,  etc.)

·        Plan in-house Readers of the Month, Student of the Month, Birthdays, Bring Family to Lunch, Field trips, celebrations, etc.

·        Provide support for lunch duty as needed
