This year the conference will be at the Albuquerque Marriott in the Uptown area. We expect approximately 400 attendees who will represent 100+ charter schools in New Mexico. Exhibitor and sponsor recognition will occur in audio/visual displays, printed programs and signs based on the level of sponsorship.
Our exhibit area will be made up of six foot tables. There will be tables available in the exhibitor room as well as the foyer area. The fee for each exhibitor space starts at $1,000.00. Sponsorships for breakfast, refreshment break, lunch and the reception are available, as well as opportunities for a full color advertisement in our conference program. You may also sponsor the lanyards/name badges, conference bags or Charter Friends Awards. Please see the “Sponsor/Exhibitor Form” for detailed conference opportunities.
Exhibits may be set up beginning Wednesday, October 26 at 4 pm and may be left up continuously. Vendor tear down will be Friday, October 28 at 12:00 noon. Although hotel security will patrol throughout the night, we cannot guarantee against damage or theft of items left unattended.
The Albuquerque Marriott is offering a special conference rate of $89 per night for hotel rooms. You may reserve a room by calling the hotel directly at (505)881-6800. Make sure you mention the New Mexico Coalition for Charter Schools conference, in order to receive the conference rate.
